We at SAS recognize that professional organizations don’t often want their customers greeted by security officers, but they want receptionists/desk attendants not only to provide security services but also other functionalities and high Customer Service. Thus SAS has started providing receptionist/ concierge/ desk attendant services for premium locations.
These employees are specially recruited based upon their educational level, customer service skills/experience, and trained to provide both high end customer service and/or security functions. These special officers ensure that our clients have the professional visibility they want at their entrances, with the comfort of knowing that they have the training and resources available to adequately protect the organization. Concierge services are provided for locations such as:
- High-end apartments
- Condominiums
- Hotels
- Corporate offices
